Suspended ceiling in Meriristi – standard but still totally unique

Meriristi is a parish camp and activity centre located in Merirauma. The entire activity centre and the Meriristi sauna building were renovated in connection with the extensive renovation that began in autumn 2022, including the ceiling acoustics. The structure itself is the lowered ceiling system,  T24 profile, which is also often used in offices.

 

One could think that when you renovate and search for new fresh look into your facilities, you want to get rid off the very basic office looks, just like the lowered ceiling and its´ 60 x 60 panel pattern. But with Konto’s panels and the selection of hundreds of different colour shades, the old suspended ceiling system can easily be turned into an interesting visual solution that fits into the new interior and brand image. Even if you have the old 670 x 670mm standard system instead of the newer 1194 x 594mm or 594 x 594mm, we can cut the boards the size you prefer.

The 200mm air space between the acoustic panel and the solid ceiling structure above it ensures that even low frequencies, the long soundwaves are dampen.
